FROM THE CO-FOUNDER
"Club Calisthenics has been 10 years in the making and is a culmination of the most effective fitness methodologies. We've trained with and worked for people at the top of their game; yogis, hand balancers, calisthenics pros, Cirque du Soleil performers, gymnasts, fortune 500 CEOs, and podcasters (Tim Ferriss). I've been incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to create a training method that distills knowledge from everyone I've learned from and helped develop programs for.
At ClubCal, we believe that the way we move our bodies is cerebral. Your vestibular sense uses information from tiny cells in your inner ear to provide you with information about gravity, balance, and movement of your body through space. We love helping people grow and make the connection between their physical bodies and their mental understanding.
In the fitness industry, there is this "quick fix" mentally that doing MORE is always better (reps, cardio, training days, etc). But if you can slow down in your training, you'll really be able to feel each muscle, tendon and ligament working together which will ultimately help you get more "bang for your buck.".
At ClubCal, we believe we have a responsibility, not only to our team but to the worldwide community. We've found something which has transformed all of our lives and so we believe we MUST share it."
“After I had a stroke at age 58 and lost my peripheral vision, I needed a lifestyle change. I’ve never loved the gym; I just don’t have the self-motivation. What I needed was something that would get me fit, was fun and had an end goal. Since joining ClubCal, I’ve loved training and look forward to every session.

I'm curious but new, in fact, I had to spellcheck Calisthenics
A great place to start, we'll take you through foundational bodyweight movements. You’ll feel and see a difference after you’ve completed the modules in Level 1.
I'm curious about Calisthenics and feel very confident jumping in.
Each month we'll take you through a different calisthenics skill. The modules systematically build your strength and mobility to help you achieve amazing feats of strength.
Yep! I know ALL the Lingo and in fact, I can do everything one-handed.
For serious calisthenics athletes, Level 3 includes a full-class library as well as the Planche and Lever Course with Simon Ata (we've heard on the street that he's given Chuck Norris a few tips).
