Level 2 is where the fun begins. Each month we'll work towards a different calisthenics skill like planche, human flag, handstand push-up, pistol squat, front lever, back lever and more!

A unique fitness modality that focuses on bodyweight exercises (ex: dips, pull ups, pushups, core hollows, lunges, etc).
The use of external weights (dumbbells, barbells, etc) to build strength in one muscle group at a time.
A well-rounded, total body strength program that uses the development of calisthenics skills as a possible end goal.
