What is the ClubCal Training Method?
Club Calisthenics uses a combination of calisthenics exercises and traditional weight training to create a well-rounded, total body strength program. This unique combination makes our training accessible to anyone, whether they have zero equipment or a full gym.

A unique fitness modality that focuses on bodyweight exercises (ex: dips, pull ups, pushups, core hollows, lunges, etc).

The longevity of muscles and joints is of utmost importance, which is why Club Calisthenics programming combines strength training with targeted mobility exercises that keep the joints and tendons healthy.
