  2. Strength: ClubCal combines calisthenics exercises and traditional weights to build foundational strength. We offer a holistic approach to strength training.
     

  3. Stretch: Say goodbye to tightness with dedicated back bridge, front and middle splits stretches. Our exercises cover all directions and even help mobilize your spine, making it perfect for preparing for ring work, handstands, or relieving shoulder and spine stiffness.

Levels:

 

  • Level 1: We focus on improving your range of motion and addressing imbalances by strengthening your joints and ligaments. This is the foundation of a healthy and agile body.
     

  • Level 2: ClubCal combines calisthenics exercises and traditional weights to build foundational strength. We offer a holistic approach to strength training.
     

Our unique fitness modality focuses on bodyweight exercises (dips, pull-ups, pushups, core hollows, lunges, etc.) and external weights (dumbbells, barbells, etc.). This combination ensures a well-rounded, total body strength program.

Calisthenics skills include a range from Manna to Handstand Push-up (HSPU), while strength training methods cover Deadlift, Bicept Curl, Squat, and more.

Our fitness method is inclusive, suitable for people of all physical abilities. We break down each skill into various progressions, from beginners to advanced athletes. We prioritize the longevity of muscles and joints, combining strength training with targeted mobility exercises.
