Each month our tribe focuses on building a specific calisthenics skill (SOM) through classes using a combination of bodyweight and free weights. Your body will build strength and mobility in a functional way without burnout or fatigue. We believe this is the fastest way to gain 360º strength.

ClubCal WOD (workout of the day)

We guide you on which workout to do each day. The workouts are ON-DEMAND which means you can fit them into your unique routine. ClubCal workouts are accessible to anyone, whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned athlete. You can do the workouts at home or take them to the gym.

So what exactly is calisthenics?

Calisthenics is a unique fitness modality that focuses on bodyweight exercises (ex: dips, pull-ups, pushups, planche, human flag, levers, lunges, cossack squats, etc).
