A great place to start, we'll take you through foundational bodyweight movements. You’ll feel and see a difference after you’ve completed the modules in Level 1.

LEVEL 2

Each month we'll take you through a different calisthenics skill. The exercises will systematically build strength and mobility to help you achieve amazing movements.

LEVEL 3

For serious calisthenics athletes, Level 3 includes a full-class library as well as the Planche and Lever Course with Simon Ata.

From targeted classes that parallel your development on a certain skill to general flexibility, these slower-paced classes allow your body to relax.

So what exactly is calisthenics?

Calisthenics is a unique fitness modality that focuses on bodyweight exercises (ex: dips, pull-ups, pushups, planche, human flag, levers, lunges, cossack squats, etc). 

Regardless of where you start, our coaches include progressions and regressions, based on your current abilities. You’ll find that each LEVEL is designed to meet you where you’re at!
