DAY 10 CHALLENGE: STRADDLE JUMPS (for reps)

---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Place your hands on the floor facing the wall, legs straddles. Jump the feet into a straddle handstand, or as high as you can, 5-10 reps.

---->> Advanced Drill: Freestanding Handstand Straddle Jumps 5-10 reps
