---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Place your hands on the floor facing the wall, tuck jump into the wall, keeping your knees as close to the chest as possible and try to get a little hang time if you can. 5-10 reps.
---->> Advanced Drill: Freestanding Tuck Jumps in the middle of the floor for 5-10 reps
