---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Place your hands on the floor facing the wall, bend knees and tuck up into the wall, and transitions to a straddle at the top, controlling the movement; 5-10 reps.
---->> Advanced Drill: Freestanding Tuck to Straddle in the middle of the floor for 5-10 reps
