—>> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Begin in a plank or handstand against the wall. Lift one hand at a time and tap your shoulder; 10-20 reps per side. —>> Advanced Drill: Freestanding Shoulder Taps in the middle of the floor for 10-20 reps per side
