---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Begin with hands on the floor with feet about shoulder width apart. Push down hard through the hands and try to float the feet to the outside of the hands, 5-10 reps.
---->> Advanced Drill: Try to pause and hover the feet midair before setting them back down, 5-10 reps.
