ClubCal Handstand Challenge DAY 23: Kneeling Tuck to Pike Handstand

---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Begin in a kneeling position with hands on the floor just outside the mid-thigh. Lift the hips into a pike, compressing the body and putting as much weight in the hands as possible. Slowly lower back down to the ground, 3-5 reps.

---->> Advanced Drill: Lift into the pike and hover the feet above the floor for a second or two before coming back down, 3-5 reps.
