ClubCal Handstand Challenge DAY 25: Kneeling Tuck to Straddle Handstand

---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Begin in a kneeling position with hands on the floor just outside the mid-thigh. Jump off the top of the feet into a low straddle position, 3-5 reps.

---->> Advanced Drill: Jump from the kneeling tuck position all the way into a straddle handstand, 3-5 reps.
