ClubCal Handstand Challenge DAY 26: Puppy Pike Press Handstand

---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Begin in a handstand with your back to the wall. Bend one knee, pike the hips, and lower the straight leg toward the floor as slowly as possible, 3-5 reps.

---->> Advanced Drill: Free-standing puppy pike press, either using small jump or strict press, 3-5 reps.
