In this Club Calisthenics Strength Upper online class, you’ll work basic push and pull strength using a set of rings.

Your main exercises will include: Ring push-ups, ring high rows, floor core work, and ring planks.

You’ll need: - PVC pipe or broom handle - A set of rings - Yoga mat (optional)
