In this Club Calisthenics Strength Lower online class, Coach Grace will take you through high volume sets with lower resistance in order to build lower body stamina. You’ll even finish your workout with some core and cardio.
Your exercises will include: - Lunges - Wall sits - Single leg step-ups - Squat jumps - V-ups
You’ll need: - A yoga mat or comfortable floor space - Wall space - A chair, bench, stair, or another platform for step-ups - Weights (optional)
