Front Lever Progressions (Using Rings)

In this Club Calisthenics Online Strength Upper class, Coach Seth will take you through exercises that will strengthen your shoulders and progress your front lever on the rings. You’ll also learn how to position your shoulders and engage your lats in a front lever.



Your main exercises will include:


- Tuck front lever holds

- Tuck front lever pull negatives

- Middle split mobility

- Rings rows


You’ll need:


- Rings

- Pair of light weights or cans of soup
